Shipping Locations – Australia
Dominion Cross offers FREE shipping on all orders within Australia over $69.95 using Australia Post. To guarantee safe arrival of your order please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours as your delivery requires a signature upon arrival. If no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for pick up.
Shipping Locations – International
All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Dominion Cross accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
- All prices online store include all local taxes and charges within Australia.
- Your credit card is billed in Australian dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you.
- International orders shipping costs are charged at 20% of total purchase price.
- Shoes on sale can not be sent overseas.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 3-5 workings days within Australia (allow longer for Regional Areas). In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable we will endeavour to notify you of any delays within 24hours. All dispatch times exclude weekends, our operating hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm EST.
Once an order reaches 15 kilos or over it is classified and processed as a bulk order. Bulk orders need to be placed via email from within our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Tracking your order
Once you have placed your order a confirmation email will be sent to you. A tracking ID is sent to you in an email from Australia Post [AU orders] or DHL [International orders]. Follow the link in that email onto their site, enter the tracking ID to track your order.

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
