To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the items must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked, and in their original condition shoe box. 

We have a 
60-day return period for you to send back your order.

If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not in line with our policy, we will contact you and return the item(s) to you.

Shoes purchased on Sale or Clearance are
NOT eligible for refunds, exchanges or credits.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend choosing from the non-sale range.



How To Return


Pack up your return order:

If you are returning shoes, please ensure you package them securely so that the box cannot get damaged during its return journey.

Please do not stick return labels to the shoe boxes or tape up your returning shoe box. Your shoes will no longer be in a saleable condition and, therefore, ineligible for a return or refund.

You can use the plain grey courier bag you received your order in to return the item to us; simply turn it inside out and re-tape it back up. Or you can use any other unmarked bag to put over the shoebox. Then, you can affix your return label to the outside of this bag.

Follow these steps to return your order:

- Login to your account on our website and click the person icon in the top menu on the right.

- Click the order that you would like to return under 'Order History', then select the yellow ‘Refund/Exchange’ button at the top.

- Select the shoe(s) you would like to send back and your reason for the return.

- Follow the instructions on the screen to post the shoes back to us

Processing Time

Once you’ve dropped the shoe off at your nearest Australia Post, the order should be returned to us within 7 business days.

Processing returns can take some time, so please allow 1-3 business days after this.

If you have chosen the refund option, the funds should appear in your account within 2-4 days, subject to your bank’s refund procedures.
Returns From Within Australia

You can return your order at no extra cost, and we'll provide the pre-paid returns label for you.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a free returns label.
