To be eligible for a refund or exchange the items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original condition shoe box.
We have a 60-day return period for you to send back your order.
If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not in line with our policy, we will contact you and return item(s) to you.
Shoes purchased on Sale or Clearance are NOT eligible for refunds, exchanges or credits.
If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend choosing from the non-sale range.
If you are returning shoes, please ensure you package them securely so that the box cannot get damaged during its return journey.
Please do not stick returns labels to the shoe boxes or tape up your returning shoe box. Your shoes will no longer be in a saleable condition and therefore ineligible for a return or refund.
You can use the plain grey courier bag you received your order in to return the item back to us, simply turn it inside out and re-tape it back up. Or you can use any other unmarked bag to put over the shoebox. Then you can affix your return label to the outside of this bag.
You can return your order at no extra cost, we'll provide the pre-paid returns label for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a free returns label.
