RETURNS POLICY


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the items must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked, and in their original condition shoe box

We have a 60-day return period for you to send back your order.

If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not in line with our policy, we will contact you and return the item(s) to you.

Sales items are considered final sale products and are not eligible for return unless faulty. No exchanges, store credits, or refunds are available for changes of mind for these products (this includes purchasing the wrong size).

 


 

How To Return

 

Pack up your return order:


If you are returning shoes, please package them securely so the box cannot get damaged during its return journey.

Please do not stick return labels to the shoe boxes or tape up your returning shoe box. Your shoes will no longer be in saleable condition, and therefore, you will be ineligible for a return or refund.

You can use the plain grey courier bag you received your order in to return the item to us; simply turn it inside out and re-tape it back up. You can also use any other unmarked bag to put over the shoebox. Then, you can affix your return label to the outside of this bag.

 
 
Follow these steps to return your order:

- Login to your account on our website and click the person icon in the top menu on the right.

- Click the order you want to return under 'Order History', then select the ‘Refund/Exchange’ button at the top.

- Select the shoe(s) you would like to send back and your reason for the return.

- Follow the instructions on the screen to post the shoes back to us

Processing Time


Once you’ve dropped the shoe off at your nearest Australia Post, the order should be returned to us within 7-10 business days.

Processing returns can take time, so please allow 2-4 business days after this.

If you have chosen the refund option, the funds should appear in your account subject to your bank’s refund procedures.
 

Returns From Within Australia:


You can return your order at no extra cost, and we'll provide you with the pre-paid returns label.


International Returns:


Unfortunately, we cannot issue a free returns label.
