Good slides for narrow feet but the arch is excessive
The ascent groove sliders are quite good for narrow feet. I have very narrow feet, I usually wear size 12 shoes however due to the open end of these slides I can wear size 11 quite comfortably. I've worn size 11.5 B width shoes from ascent before and these are narrower than that, perhaps A width or AA width. The adjustable strap is awesome and very comfy. Well done there. I would say that they are almost *too* narrow and it feels a bit unsteady almost feels like the slides could roll out slightly underneath my feet because of how narrow they are. If the outer sole was a bit wider compared to the insole it would probably feel much more stable. I'll probably end up getting size 12 next time. My only complaint with these slides is that the arch is a bit too steep. I've worn a bunch of insoles and none I've tried really get close to how pronounced this arch is (except for the orthotics prescribed by my podiatrist). The arch just seems to stick out like a sore thumb compared to ascent's other shoes. Why don't their other shoes have an arch like this? Anyway, after extended periods of standing in these for a long time they begin to hurt my feet and I've had to use flatter slides from a different brand just for using my standing desk whereas I like using the ascent ones for walking and lifting weights.

Groove is Great for my Feet
I got the Groove, as my feet were sore from a 20Kms walk each day for a month, I didn't have a specific issue or injury, just achy and sore at times. So I tried out the groove, it's not over soft or super plush, it's comfortable and gives me support, which i didn't have in the runners I had, which I think caused this issue. Its helped me recover and each day, my feet are getting better with hardly any discomfort.
